Bill Lloyd removed and repoured our old broken backyard patio. Wow, we now have a beautiful aggregate patio meticulously created. I hired Bill because he had done a large front porch for a neighbor several years ago - a testament to beautiful workmanship. He did the same with our patio. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Mr. Lloyd did a great job of making the tricky area between our home and our neighbors by eliminating standing water/adding drainage, making it accessible by adding an sidewalk from our driveway to our backyard AND extending our back patio, and adding river rock as we requested. As a family that been reconstructing for over two years due to a flood, a fire, and ANOTHER flood- we appreciate Mr. Lloyd's transparency, hard work, and expertise without any misdirection, hidden fees, or delays.

I had contacted Bill / Northwest Concrete, to replace two small 24' x 8' strips of exposed aggregate concrete for a small renovation project. The existing concrete had been poured originally in 1988, and I had concerns about matching such a pour. Bill fit me in on short notice and executed a professionally well-done job, that matched very beautifully to the existing concrete. The attention to detail and quality for such a small job was on point to that of a much larger pour. I would not hesitate to have Bill work his profession on more concrete jobs in the future.

Bill was a delight with whom to work throughout our project. The project included replacement of cracked concrete in our driveway and, as only discovered after the work had began, removal of debris perhaps illegally discarded under a sidewalk during construction of our house in 1991. I especially found Bill's advice and the reasons he gave for it to be of upmost importance and usefulness. All work was most professionally performed, completed within budget and time frame. At least one of my neighbors is planning a project with Northwest Concrete and perhaps because of my experience with the company. I mostly highly recommend Bill and Northwest Concrete.

Bill was recommended to me by my Uncle who also had an amazing experience working with him. What stands out the most is his attention to detail, his communication and the quality of the workers who he has along side him. He is deeply knowledgeable and friendly! For me, he completed 2 foundations (500sqft and 800sqft) in the same day as well as a 25 foot walkway. The work was completed as planned and he was even willing to accommodate some last minute additions which saved me significant time and money. Finally, he was willing to come back the next day to do a crack control joint that we had never previously discussed as I had missed it on my plans and he simply considered it part of finishing the job. If you value good communication, quality work and integrity, you've got the right guy here. 10/10

Northwest Concrete was very accommodating in scheduling to complete a large concrete slab with curbs/retaining segments for the placement of a swim spa. An old slab had to be saw cut and removed before the new work could commence. The owner, Bill, is obviously extremely experienced and skilled. You won't see Bill pulling out books, cad drawings, but you will see Bill stop and think each step through to end up with a perfectly completed project. Bill went above expectations with utilizing removed soil from the excavation to level out adjacent areas that will facilitate easier delivery of the swim spa and all future use of this area. The finished project is beautiful, yes, concrete can be beautiful. I would, and have, recommended Northwest Concrete for your next project. Thanks Bill!

Bill did an awesome job on our patio. He was quick with a quote and got the job done in a very timely manner. We did a 16x22ft patio and he let us take out the existing patio and create a base on our own to save a little money (in labor). Bill shared his resources and knowledge. I'll post a photo once we have our gazebo constructed on the beautiful new addition to our home!

Had a great experience working with Bill, I needed a foundation inspection asap for a house I wanted to purchase. He was able to accommodate and get me a written estimate in time for me to get the home price knocked down to cover the foundation repairs. Plan on having him replace the foundation after the sale closes.

Bill is amazing! The quality of work cannot be compared. He did a curved walkway in the front of our house that is the talk of the town. Neighbors stop by all the time to comment on how beautiful it is. He also did our patio and it is amazing. Additionally, he poured footers for under our shed and we were awed by the quality - very solid! We would recommend him without hesitation. You can't do any better. We just had him come back to pour another patio and walkway. Needless to say, we really like his work.
